HealthID.Aportablehealthidentitythattravelswithoutcentralizingtherecord.

HealthID is the master patient identity for Hydor. It links a patient's records across hospitals, clinics, labs, and borders without centralizing the underlying data. Anchored locally per node. Federation is opt-in and patient-consented.

What it is

HealthID is the identity layer underneath every Hydor deployment. It is the thing that turns a patient into a single continuous record across providers, payers, and borders. The credential is verifiable cryptographically. A clinician can confirm identity without pulling the underlying record. A ministry can prove identity protections to its citizens.

How identity travels without centralization

The patient's record stays in the jurisdiction where it was created. HealthID is the pointer fabric that lets a different provider in a different jurisdiction request that record under signed, auditable consent. The data does not move by default. The pointer moves. The consent moves. The data moves only when the patient says so.

Operator control

A national HealthID node is governed by the ministry. A federal node is governed by the federal customer. A health system node is governed by the system. The operator sets the federation policy. The operator can revoke any consent. HealthID is the identity, not the gatekeeper.
