What it does, and what it does not
Dr. Kai answers everyday questions, explains your results, and helps you follow your care plan between visits. It is not a replacement for your doctor, and it does not pretend to be.
Every answer passes the THIA safety gate before it reaches you. Anything serious goes to a human clinician, and Dr. Kai tells you plainly when it is handing you over. A real clinician makes the call on anything that matters.
Your privacy and your record
Your health data stays inside your own country’s health system. It is not sold, and it is not shipped abroad.
