Hydor Health is run by a small leadership team backed by a Global Ethics Council, Clinical Oversight Panels, and a growing bench of advisors from health, federal, and capital backgrounds.
Executive leadership
The executive team is the day-to-day operating leadership. Each role carries decision rights named in the company operating agreement and the website signs every public claim back to one of them.
- Nam Nguyen · Chief Executive OfficerFounder. Sets company direction. Owns government and capital relationships. Carries final authorization on partnership commitments.
- Ric S Kolluri · Chief Information OfficerOffice of the CIO. Owns platform architecture, vendor selection, and the design system tokenization across the portfolio. Owns this website.
- Shaun Bennett · Chief Marketing OfficerBrand, narrative, and the public posture across health-system, government, and federal channels. Carries final sign-off on every public claim that ships from Hydor.
- Keith Swanson · Chief Security OfficerInformation and operational security across every Sovereign Health Node deployment. Owns the compliance posture against HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and the FedRAMP roadmap.
- Henry Cordova · Chief Financial OfficerCapital structure, investor relations, the SBA capital track, and financial controls across the portfolio.
Governance bodies
Two named bodies sit above operating leadership for matters of clinical safety and ethics. Membership is published in the Trust Center.
- Hydor Global Ethics CouncilExternal, multidisciplinary, with formal authority over the Five Ethics Pillars and any model the company puts into a clinical surface.
- Clinical Oversight PanelsSpecialty panels for cardiology, oncology, behavioral health, and maternal health. Each panel has a named chair and a quarterly review cadence.
