What it tracks

Recover360 follows a patient through a structured recovery program, such as a 90-day plan. It charts pain, knee flexion, steps, and sleep against the recovery goals the care team sets. The result is a longitudinal view of recovery that is easy to review and act on.

Escalation management

When a metric crosses a threshold, Recover360 flags the patient automatically. The care team sees the alert and can follow up quickly. This turns a sequence of passive check-ins into active coordination before a setback becomes a readmission.

RTM billing and consent

Recover360 supports the CMS remote therapeutic monitoring billing codes 98975, 98977, 98980, and 98981. Patient consent is managed inside the workflow, so billing and compliance stay attached to the same record the clinical team is already viewing.
