Spokespeople

Three named members of the operating leadership are available for on-record interviews. Each has a defined area of comment. Requests that fall outside these areas are routed back through the press inbox so we can match the right person to your story, or decline cleanly if no one is the right fit.

For broadcast or video, please flag the format in your initial email so we can plan recording quality and any prep on our side.

  • Nam Nguyen, CEOCompany direction, government relationships, capital posture.
  • Ric S. Kolluri, CIOPlatform architecture, AI governance, the Hydor OS, the THIA framework.
  • Henry, CFOFinancial structure, investor relations, the SBA capital track.

The materials below are available on request from the press inbox. Each one is current as of the most recent release date noted in the file metadata, and we update them on a quarterly cadence or when a named engagement changes.

If you need a specific asset that is not listed here, ask. We would rather supply a working file than have you reuse a stale image from an older article.

What we can and cannot confirm publicly

We try to be candid about the line. Confirmable on the record: program names such as Pacific Health Resilience and Healthcare Cyber & AI Governance, partnership memberships such as the AWS Partner Network, and the named entities in the operating portfolio. Anything that already appears on the public site is fair game for direct quotation.

Not confirmable without prior authorization: customer-specific deployments, individual ministry counterparts by name, deal terms, and financial figures beyond what is already published. If you need confirmation on a specific point, write to the press inbox and we will either confirm in writing or explain why we cannot. Where we cannot confirm a name, we will usually offer category-level language you can attribute to a company spokesperson.

The same policy applies to the operating portfolio entities. Each entity has its own communications posture and may be quieter or more public than Hydor Health itself.

Editorial guidelines

On first reference, the company is Hydor Health, the sovereign global health operating system. On subsequent reference, Hydor Health, not "Hydor" alone. The categories to avoid are "AI startup," "chatbot company," and "health tech." None of them describe what the platform is or who deploys it.

For product references, the platform is Hydor OS. The clinical surface is Dr. Kai. The governance framework is THIA. The patient identity layer is HealthID. These names are trademarks of the company and should be styled as shown.

Response times

Press inquiries are acknowledged within four business hours during U.S. Central business hours. A substantive reply, including any required executive sign-off, follows within one business day. Time-sensitive requests for breaking coverage are flagged in the subject line and prioritised.

For requests that arrive over the weekend or on a U.S. federal holiday, expect a first reply the next business morning. The press inbox is monitored, but executive availability for interviews resumes on the next business day.

Fact-checking requests are handled separately and usually faster. If you are working against a print or wire deadline, include the publication, the deadline, and the specific claims you need verified. We will reply with confirmation, correction, or a sourced explanation of why a claim cannot be confirmed in time.
