Responsible AI in healthcare is not a marketing posture. It is a published rule set that any model has to clear before it reaches a clinician or a patient inside a Hydor surface. The rules are the Five Ethics Pillars and they are enforced by TruthChecker, AutoRAG, and the relevant Clinical Oversight Panel.

The post explains what each pillar means in practice, how a model release moves from internal evaluation to clinical surface, and what happens when a model fails an evaluation.
